days of the issuance of supply order.

Bidder shall be responsible for free service during
warranty period which would be at least one year.

Conditional / incomplete tenders will not be
accepted.

Purchase Committee reserves the right to
reduce/increase the quantities, or reject all the
tenders without assigning any reason.

The 80% payment will be released on satisfactory
delivery of the system complete in all respect
whereas 20 % payment after successful operation/
commissioning.

% security of the total amount will be required for
one year as warrantee/performance security of the
item either in cash or bank guarantee.

(In-charge) WRRC, Peshawar at the captioned address
on or before 13:00 hours by May 29, 2008, which will
